Brian is a Tax Return Specialist, Quickbooks Pro Advisor, and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey. He has over 15 years experience preparing tax returns & bookkeeping for small businesses. He also specializes in IRS & state tax resolution services handling any IRS letters directly with clients. He loves working with his clients to build strong relationships by providing expert tax consultation and advice on their individual or business financial goals. He also advises clients on Long Term Care Insurance, Social Security & Medicare benefits, mortgage refinances, student loan rates, FAFSA filings, and real estate investments. Brian graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Javier Lemache, CPA
Tax Manager
Javier is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New Jersey. He focuses on complex individual and small business tax returns and has over 5 years of Quickbooks bookkeeping experience preparing financial statements and assisting business owners with their annual tax planning goals. Javier graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Montclair State University.

Alfonso Guerriero 
Office Manager
Alfonso is the firm's Office Manager to help handle the office administrative duties and handle client requests. Alfonso graduated with a bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University

Kenneth J. Sebak, CPA

Ken is a NJ Licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and MBA from Monmouth University. Ken works part-time and is enjoying time with family & partial retirement as the firm continues to grow.



Linda A. Monner, EA

Linda A. Monner-Sebak was an Enrolled Agent and a N.J. Licensed Public Accountant for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Monmouth University. Linda was a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents in Florida and California and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Linda has since retired from the firm.

Chris Preciose
Tax Accountant & Bookkeeper
Chris joined the firm as an intern in the Fall of 2022 to help with small business bookkeeping and individual tax returns. Chris is pursuing an Accounting degree from Kean University and will graduate in Spring 2024. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, exercising and spending time with his dogs.
